PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In this high-density scenario, the project envisions a substantial increase in both resident and employee populations on-site, aiming to transform the area into a future financial hub of Nihonbashi. This ambitious vision aligns with the project's overarching goal of utilizing a data-driven approach to urban design, harnessing digital technologies to provide architects and planners with deeper insights into cities, urban spaces, and architecture.

By employing data visualization, mapping, modeling, and performance evaluation techniques, the project seeks to inform the creation of urban environments that are not only sustainable but also responsive to contemporary challenges such as climate change and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Central to this vision is the development of a smart urban district characterized by carbon neutrality, climate resilience, and post-pandemic consciousness.
